Joseph has over 30 years of experience in the Themed Entertainment industry. A talented graphic designer, show and interactive producer, and web design developer, Joseph has a great track record in the development of attractions, shows, exhibits, and theme park concepts around the world. For over ten years, Joseph was a key member and Creative Team leader for Walt Disney Imagineering, developing exhibits, theme park concepts, and leading new attraction concepts and renovations from inception to completion. He was part of the initial creative team during the development of Tokyo DisneySea in Japan. Joseph performed the role of Show Producer for the renovations of Journey Into Imagination at Walt Disney World. For this project he led a Creative Team from concept to completion on major renovations to the ride, and a complete re-conceptualization of the interactive areas.

As part of the Z.com entertainment company, founded by filmmaker Jerry Bruckheimer and Internet Pioneer Bill Gross of IDEAlab!, Joseph developed conceptual entertainment sites for celebrities including Ellen Degeneres, Alanis Morissette, Bob Saget, Jon Lovitz, Tyra Banks, David Spade, and Chris Rock.

As co-founder and President of Emerald Palms Design Group, Joseph has worked as a consultant for various companies developing and producing presentation graphics, exhibit graphics, corporate identity graphics, production graphics and designs for numerous proposed projects, including: Theme Park & Resort Facilities, Museums and Exhibition Spaces, Entertainment & Retail Centers.

His concept and graphic work includes high-profile projects for The Walt Disney Company, Paul Allen’s Vulcan, Inc., National Geographic, NASA, Tishman Speyer Properties Rockefeller Center, The Peterson Companies National Harbor, Singapore Science Center, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, Leadership Conference of Women Religious, AmericasMart Atlanta, The United States Navy Battlestations 21, Museum of Science and Industry Chicago Action! exhibit, CSI: The Experience exhibit and Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. He created original logo and marketing designs, for companies including: Pilar, a south Florida restaurant, National Harbor, a new development near Washington D.C. and Westbeth Entertainment, a theatrical producing organization in New York City.

Joseph has worked on various projects for media entertainment company, D7 Inc. He was involved with the Art Direction & Production Design of several short-films and documentaries. He has also created promotional & marketing materials for these media productions. Joseph created the overall graphic style and logo for the “Imagineering the Magic” dvd series for Disneyland and Magic Kingdom.

Some of his more recent work includes graphic design of "EPCOT Creating the New World of Tomorrow" exhibit for Epcot's 25th anniversary, "Space Shuttle - The Astronaut Experiences" exhibit for the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame at Kennedy Space Center, and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame interactive database & gallery.

Joseph has just completed work on the new exhibit "Georgia O'Keeffe and the Faraway" for the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. And for the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, he created the look of their new Fort Worth History Gallery exhibit "Let's Take the Streetcar, Journeying Through Fort Worth's Past," as well as several other exhibit spaces throughout the new 200,000 sq.ft. facility.

Joseph’s current work includes projects with Walt Disney Imagineering Florida training and development, Walt Disney Imagineering California new Theme Park Development.

Joseph and Emerald Palms Design Group, are the recipients of Themed Entertainment Association (THEA) Awards for Action! An Adventure in Moviemaking, CSI: The Experience and Battlestations 21.
